Art Experience

My career,
until 1981, was primary within the context of the museum/ gallery system.
I still maintain a studio but the aesthetics of my work is also based
on public art concepts. The following is a selected list of completed

National Endowment for the Arts-Design 1996-I was selected to be a member
of the charette team to develop guidelines for a master plan for art and
architecture as part of the renovations and modernization of the Main
Building of the Department of Justice in Washington, DC.

City of Los Angeles – Department of City Planning Multi-Agency Coordinating

National
Endowment for the Arts-Design 1994-I was invited to serve as a public
art consultant for the redesign of the HUD Plaza in Washington DC. The
panelists conducted two-day community meeting and design charette in June,
began defining and developing the guidelines/policies to be used by the
selected designer.
